- Original or Similar Period Lighting Fixtures (Original Eichler Glass Rectangle Fixture, plain round glass globe fixture, or similar non-decorative “Modern” fixture)
- Original or Similar Period House Numbers (Helvetica or simple numbers)
- Appropriate Period or Subdued Landscaping (concrete, aggregate, wood stairs or steps)

- No Grooved Siding (Stucco or other finish)
- Non-period door: (stained glass, window, with excessive non-period decorative embelishment)
